Yeah, but he’s paid a lot of money and their fan base is spoiled so totally different situation.

I think I speak for quite a few people when I say our fan base is spoiled. I mean, some more than others but the expectations are there. Nothing wrong with being spoiled when your HC is constantly fixing the issues at hand. I commend Saban for that. He knows what it takes to stay “up to date” so to speak. We unfortunately, do not. Actually we do from what I can tell, but Dabo is loyal to a fault and will continue to drive us off a cliff at this rate. Praying not though.

yeah, exactly. And some of their fans remember years that were REALLY bad for Alabama, like 2004.So because they can remember that everyone else just needs to be thankful it is isn't THAT bad and just keep cheering. See how blind homer logic works now?

As of right now. Could Dabo be that in the future? Possibly. But he has to break tendancies

He’s never had a former player I don’t recall? Maybe that is the difference. Situations like that paint you in a corner and making you loyal to default.?

My point is that Dabo had had former players Saban has not. Saban doesn’t like to have that loyalty hanging over his head.

You think Dabo did that with Chad?

When a change comes, he'll do so again. I actually think this will be the year Tony steps out in to a HC job. Not an elite job like he was targeting, but there are plenty of non-power 5 schools who would hire him. His has a stellar reputation and character. And in spite of the struggles this year, a stellar track record from an elite program

and cause further chaos or have a plan for what needs to be done at the end of the season? We aren't making the playoffs with 2 losses so see what improvement can be made between now and then.

Not with just anybody, someone with a known offensive reputation. Probably won’t be available until next he end of the year though.

Didn't Saban lose two or three games the year before last and ended up in the Gator Bowl?
