Signed with agents why can’t everyone? They got special clearance from the NCAA because they thought the season was over and were not giving up any eligibility by signing with an agent. If a guy states ahead of time that he’s going pro after the bowl I don’t see why it would matter if he signed with an agent a few weeks early. A lot of these opt outs are because players want to sign and get fronted cash for training expenses and all the other fun stuff money can buy. If you allow the player to complete the current post season and sign with an agent it might reduce some of the opt outs.

Cue slippery slope argument….now

They should be allowed to sign at the end of the semester and still participate in the bowl.
