How big of a raise to we give Streeter in the off-season in order to keep him? I'd bet nearly every Power 5 school in the nation running the spread will be blowing his phone up to hire him to develop their QBs. Since schools have a tons of money now, I'd guess the bidding war likely starts at $700-800K.

I don't think we'd be willing to go that high though.

We likely won't be able to keep him if he is being courted as an OC. If they are offering him to just be a QB coach they are not going to pay $700k for a position coach. I don't even think Bama is doing that. I think since he went here, we have a leg up on any competition unless he is going to move up to an OC.

His title would likely be QB Coach/ Co-Off. Coord

You could justify the salary with that title. As bad as the QB play is in the SEC, they'd happily kick out that kind of coin to make there guys better.

He might even have one of our QBs (you know at least 1 will eventually transfer out) go with him.

I think we do a great job taking care of our assistant coaches.

Still a lot of football to be played before I start thinking about back to back though.

Elliott (IMHO) would be the first to move on/up,with Streeter then moving up to Co OC before moving up elsewhere. I could see Scott, because of watching his Dad leave a great situation @ FSU,failing @ USuC and his love for Clemson, staying a while. Remember Brad and wife have just built their retirement home on the Lake and sold the one in Florida to stay near their grandchild.

I think streeter sticks around. I mean who wouldn't want the opportunity to coach TL? Dude has the potential to be the greatest ACC QB of all time
