If Cole Stoudt has to play the majority of drives against Scar

Nov 22, 2014, 9:50 PM

The only way I would be confident in Clemson winning is defense shutting out Scar. Scar is not a very good team at all, but every defense is going to play with a ton of confidence playin against Stoudt. Defense needs to go for strip sacks, strips in general, interceptions, something to produce points.

They load the box and dare us to throw and we lose. DW can

pop the top on them and they have to respect it. Chance of a running game if that happens. No DW, long night.

That fumble strip today exposed the fact that Cole can't protect the ball in his left hand while running. That makes Clemson even more one dimensional. I do believe however that Clemson will somehow win next week. USC isn't as good as some of the defenses Clemson has faced. Also, Cole looked like he didn't mentally prepare for Ga Tech. It looked like he didn't get the special attention of Coach Morris that he probably had in previous weeks. Just my opinion.
