it would have been hyped as one of the most important, pivotal games of the season so far. ESPN would have billed it as a clash of the titans.

If the #21 SEC team had carried the #5 SEC team to 2 OT's before losing on a batted down pass, the game would have been reported as proof of the league's toughness. #5 would have probably moved to #4 and #21 might have risen as much as 2-3 spots in the AP and Coach's polls on Sunday. You know. Quality loss

That's if #5 vs #21 had been an SEC game

Let's see how it plays out tomorrow since it was an ACC game

It looks like ol' Tigersmith shamed them into doing their homework and coming up with a ranking that actually reflected a game between #5 and #21
