I work in a job where I have to review a lot of surveillance video

Mar 19, 2022, 11:01 PM

I have also represented my company in several depositions in regards to accusations of wrongdoing or negligence by employees or the company itself.

It always amazes me that people can know there is a video camera watching them and still do incredible stupid stuff, then bold face lie and say they didn’t do it. The absolute worst though is the sheer volume of people that will falsely accuse people of doing something to them strictly as a matter of convenience or inconvenience to them. Never mind the incentive to actually profit from their accusation. I’ve watched many occasions where one false accusation turned into a room full of false accusations. The accused had absolutely no idea what he had done. The video saved him.
There is a very specific reason why this problem is getting worse. The false accusers are NEVER held accountable. NEVER.
For alll of you on your sanctimonious high horse about Deshaun I have one request, when you lay your head down at night, pray you never find yourself accused of something worse than what you actually did—or didn’t do.

And, from the crooked butt attorney who tries to get a settlement for the 1st accuser, which then turns into 22 accusers.

And even after being convicted, Jussie Smollett is out of jail. The liars get away with it.
Is it possible to give him an even longer sentence after appeal?

I think that under appeal, he can't receive a harsher punishment bc of the double Jeopardy law bc, he is contesting that he's not guilty, and if the courts see it's a possibility that he may not be, and he will be awarded another trial to prove his innocents. To give him a harsher sentence, I'm sure that would be double Jeopardy. Could be wrong, but I have watched a lot of court trials!!!

in an arena and make them fight it out. If I don't like the outcome I kill the survivor too. Productivity is up.

Favors for people in the bushes at my garden party.

Denied it even as we all watched the video, over and over again.
