Gwp, I see you have a lot of points and post a lot, so I have a serious question for you. Maybe I'm missing something, but why is there a guy on t net posting about legal matters for one? And why would someone that wanted to tear up our rock be posting on t net to begin with? Does he claim to be a tiger?

But people post their pending legal matters on tnet all the time, which is pretty close to one of the worst things you can do. Like the guy a couple days ago on here who admitted to drinking 3 beers, driving and getting a DUI...then proceeded to ask for advice to fight the DUI charge. Imagine a prosecutor coming across that.

Why would you want to bring it up on a Clemson Fan board again?
The perp in question is clearly vilified by every Tiger fan there ever was. Not sure that your "evidence" would ever clear his name or reputation.
I hope you still root for the Tigers, but your son will forever be an "OJ". I wouldn't recommend him to attend Clemson.
BTW, a partial rock is still a rock. It's not the crime of the century but to a Tiger fan's eyes, it is. I kind of hold the University with some negligence for not protecting it or securing the facility better, but that doesn't make a wrong a right.
