I didn't know you could pick up the flags. I know the call was overturned but don't they still enforce the 15

They picked the flag up. I didn't think that was allowed. I thought they could review the targeting as it relates to the player ejection- but the 15 yd penalty was not reviewable. After review- the refs treated this like it never happened. Very odd.
