And I include myself in that group, need to sit back and take a deep breath and accept some of the realities of this season. Being 10 and 1 at this point in the season is great. Especially when you consider all the events that led up to this season.. The Clemson Tigers began this season with a new, and untested defensive coordinator AND a new and untested offensive coordinator. Regardless of the talent on the team you really can’t expect everything to fall into place immediately. It’s almost like starting all over. Dabo, in my opinion, has been amazing guiding this team to its present position in the football standings. Ask yourself.... could any other team regroup in such a short period of time considering all the changes that the Tigers were forced to make. Dabo chose his new coordinators from within the program. To me, that was an excellent move. Imaging bringing in a new OC from Georgia and a new DC from Penn State. Neither would have any knowledge of the players he was hired to develop. It has worked well enough to have the team still in the top ten and with a chance for even more success this year. I’ve watch every single play of every game and sometimes it wasn’t pretty. If you know football, and I think that all of you do, you understand the way this season has progressed. Some of the games haven’t been pretty but the end result has been acceptable. To me at least! Every team in college football has to rebound every week because of injuries and the Tigers certainly are no exception. SO, stay behind this team of great young men, including all the coaches, and the 2022 season will end with the good guys still the best.

Only two teams imo could pull it off because they do it every other year. Bama and osu.
If anything, it should have been easier for us since Dabo did promote from within. Still, there's nothing wrong for fan's being disappointed with a loss or not making the cfp.

Good post, Foresttiger. We have had to overcome quite a bit to get to a 10-1 record. If we can win out, (CFP or Orange Bowl), I think Dabo should win national Coach of the Year. The ND loss was bad, but it happens in college football quite frequently (just ask Tenn.). Trust Dabo. We are so fortunate to have him leading our program. Try to enjoy it while it lasts. GO TIGERS!!!

Big thing is: enjoy the process! Clearly; the powers that be don't want Clemson involved in the CFP. A bunch of them are tickled pink that Alabama will most likely not be a part.
Two - two loss teams ahead of us with the # of ranked and currently ranked(Notre Dame and FSU and Louisville) we played is a travesty TBH. But, they are penalizing us for not being pretty on offense! And, being in the ACC and not the Big 10 or SEC.
We will be just fine.
