ago, screamed several times on the record "our rigid sanctions will deter Vlad; that's the best approach".

Yesterday, in front of the world, he gets into an argument with a reporter who asked if sanctions are deterring Russia. He gets angry (as in Dementia) and declares: "sanctions were never meant to deter Russia"!

Embarrassing or what? He!! yes. He can't even recall what he said previously. Also, I suspect that since the sanctions aren't working he decided to deny that he even said what we all know he said! Therefore he didn't misspeak!

God help us with this Drooling Mess of recurring dementia!
