I hope Hunter Tyson’s Clemson career isn’t over yet.

Hopefully he’s able to heal up and come back okay but with him being a senior, this would be a rough way to end his college career.

I’ve always enjoyed watching him play because he hustles and always seems to fight and give 100% effort.

My understanding is that anyone who was enrolled during the affected year--2020/21--can have one extra year's eligibility. He has not used it...BUT scholarship exceptions end this year.

I doubt Brownell would have a problem making room for him if he wanted to stay, since he could just fill a spot that BB normally gives a grad transfer. If BB were let go, Hunter might opt to take the year elsewhere rather than break in a new coach.

Like I said, that's my understanding complete with accompanying conjecture.
