A question on Greenlee and the scholarship

at some schools employees children can get free or greatly reduced tuition if they qualify. I assume CU has nothing like this but it just made me wonder in this case. Maybe you cant use that and play a sport anyway. Do any of you know for sure? Thanks

but if the kid is kin to Uncle Bill Greenlee, then I have no problem honoring his family with a scholarship. One of the all-time legends of Clemson.

Agree with you that anyone related to Uncle Bill deserves a shot at it and I am really pulling for the kid. Thanks for the memory, I hadn't thought of him in years. Go Tigers!

NO!
The only thing faculty and staff children get is 10% off at the bookstore and the parent has to accompany them for the purchase.

I wouldn't mind this being the case. I'd just hate to limit the amount of talent we can take in our recruiting class due to staff favors (IF this is the case). If he can put in the effort and dedication, maybe he can become great. If he doesn't, don't expect any favors when it comes to playing time. But anywho, good luck to him.

10,000% Agree!!! I would bet right now that he doesn't turn out to be as big a waste like the son of Mark Richt's did. Talking about a free ride and wasted scholy. It makes me wonder if TB got some sort of kick back on that huge favor.

I think it will play itself out.
1. He is legit, and helps us.
2. He is not legit, and realizes it - just as many before him - and transfers.
I do not see #3 happening.
3. He is not legit, but decides to stay (use a scholarship) with the team for five years.
