I honestly would like to know why we didn’t pull DJ.

It is unfathomable to me that we did not pull him. At least for a couple of series, rest of game, ….. saban pulled Hurts and he has recovered pretty well last time I checked NFL. Story of the season has been the blind loyalty. Very disappointed today.

It was complete BS not to pull DJ. The DJ era is over. Start Cade next week and let’s move forward.

I think Dabo cut a deal with the #1 pocket passer in the country to get DJ to come to Clemson to never pull him so his stats as an NFL prospect can be as high as possible. We were always pulling Trevor or DeShaun in favor of backups and we don’t do that anymore to pump DJs stats. DJ didn’t deliver his end of the bargain. Dabo will remain true to his word, but now we must ask ourselves do we want to be righteous or victorious?

Dabo can be stubborn. If you remember playing sc with Davis as running. He couldn't get any yardage. They put Reggie Merriweather in and he was getting eight yards a play. They couldn't stop him. Dabo took him out and ran Davis for three plays. no yards gained. We lost it on that possession late in the game. I think he needs to admit when things aren't going well and change.

I'm more pissed at the coaches for leaving DJ in than DJ's performance. Even when Rattler got benched at Oklahoma he passed for over 100 yards and had 8 completions before half time. DJ plays a whole game worse than that and they dont even put in Cade for one drive.
