I don’t math good, but you get my point.

It was two teams, Clemson and FSU, years ago.

Then it was four, and six, and now seven and eight being reported in the last few days.

All that to say, this magnificent seven and elite eight talk…that’s just the momentum doing what it does.

If you don’t believe after hearing Jim Phillips censoring the AD’s from the media today, that they’re all scrambling for an exit strategy so they can vote with the now majority…I don’t know what to tell you.

I'm keeping up with NCAA golf (Clemson just outside top 5, FSU well inside in their regionals) and Major League Fishing.

So, I haven't heard that Phillips told the ADs not to speak to the media. But, after hearing the report on the attitude they had when they walked out of their meeting last night, including not talking to the media, I have to believe that the discussion within the presidents as well as AD meetings is not, "How do we survive as a conference" to "How do we go about dissolving the conference."

So 4 days ago we had a rosie picture painted after a hot mess Monday. Now they are not allowed to speak to media? Tuesday's united front smelled pretty bad after Mondays airing of dirty laundry. I'm guessing the ACC president is watching his job security vaporize before his very eyes.
