MANY of them, over the years that say if Lincoln was shot today, by Booth just as he was, that with modern medical advances, he would more than likely not only survived, but would have made a full recovery.
Conversely, President Ronald Reagan came a whole lot closer to dying from John Hinckley's bullet than the public was told at the time.
