He won't run that time electronically. Not over 240. He has an explosive burst off the snap which is all a de (or olb) needs to get sacks.

Sammy ran 4.43...that's a hiccup from 4.5. Fastest OLB ran 4.48 last year and no one else (LB/DE) came close to 4.49. Just don't see it.

The issue is people throw out 40 times like they're candy -- especially in high school. You hear about guys that run 4.3's and 4.4's, like that is the norm for a wide receiver. When they get to the combine, a lot of the fatest guys barely crack 4.5. The reason is because a 4.5 is stupid fast, and I'd likely bet Beasley couldn't run that fast at any weight. That's not to take away from his speed, just your perception of what a 4.5 forty is.

My perception of how fast a 4.5 is is just fine. However, what you are saying is Beasley could not possibly be as fast as the outside linebacker last year that ran a 4.49 40.....at the combine

No OLB ran a 4.49 last year, the fastest LB last year ran a 4.52. And I'm not comparing Beasley to anyone else, just 4.5 forty speed. Like I said, he LIKELY could not run that fast at any weight. At the end of the day, how fast Beasley could possibly run is irrelevant, all that really matters is you're out $20 on a bad bet. I hope you at least got like 10/1 odds.
