Watching the replay last night and I noticed that WAKE got a

great spot on either a 3,but maybe a 4th down play that gave them a first down. I was like, no way! After review they overruled the call on the field and reversed it. The ref that called it is the same one that later in the game called that bogus personal foul WITH targeting on a 3rd down where WAKE would have had to have punted. He must have some Heydt in his blood.

I thought the officiating was pretty one-sided...

There were a number of times the Wake OL was clearly holding and their DB's interfered with the Clemson receivers, but none of it was called. In fact, Wake didn't have one holding penalty the entire game.

The late hit with targeting and the PI on Wiggins where he dove behind the receiver to make a play on an underthrown ball were both BS calls.

Typical incompetent ACC officiating.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

That late hit call was awful...that was 100% clean and the hit was on time. It's ridiculous that they can review and remove the targeting element of the call, but can't overrule the rest of the penalty. Terrible, terrible call.

Most of the money in Vegas was on Clemson -7 points.

Coincidentally the refs aided keeping the final score below 7.

I’m sure theses things are not related. ?

It's always a ref or coach that is the problem.

Check out the holding against Nagata when he didn't catch the endzone TD, so obvious, ref looking right at the play, NO Flag!
