if BLM had attempted to breach the capital with the same numbers and force as witnessed on J6, there would have been a Blackhawk circling the building, dropping canisters of tear gas, and spraying rubber bullets, but this went on for several hours before the national guard was called.
Instead, Trump sat back and watched with glee. His intention was to declare a state of emergency and put the entire nation under marshall law. I bet that would have been fun, huh?

...and it's ridiculous anyway, because the Feds are already securing guilty pleas from three Oath Keepers who have admitted they were attempting exactly that.
The Oath Keepers who haven't pled guilty are soon headed to trial. Legal observers who have been following the case say the evidence against them is "overwhelming". The Proud Boys are right behind that.
And even after they're convicted, T3 and Keowee will still be calling it a Nothingburger and going: "whatabout BLM/Antifa?" because they're just that partisan.
You don't reach men with no actual morals. All you can do is just impress upon them the consequences if they step out of line. Which is the whole point of these trials.

Where is one shred of evidence (hot hearsay) that Trump was involved in any planning or did anything illegal before or during J6?

You mean, aside from all the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys being charged with seditious conspiracy and are already going to jail because "there's no evidence"?
They're pleading out and cooperating because the Feds have them over a barrel because of overwhelming evidence. And one by one the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are going to go down...and then the DOJ will just systemically start working their way up the food chain to the folks who called the Oath Keepers there and wound them up.
I wonder who that could be? Wait...the upcoming Committee hearing is about exactly that. I'm sure there will be "no evidence" there, either.
I mean, we already know Roger Stone's already under grand jury investigation because the Feds subpoenaed the footage from Roger's own film crew. Which is actually so Roger freaking Stone, do an insurrection while doing a documentary about it.

You're basically saying he's not guilty of manslaughter, he's actually guilty of straight murder. SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY IS A MORE SERIOUS FORM OF INSURRECTION.
The penalty for seditious conspiracy is literally double that of insurrection - twenty years, as opposed to ten for insurrection. Seditious conspiracy is a rebellion or insurrection against the United States with the intent of destroying the government. Rebellion or insurrection is just any kind of forceful defiance of the government. The Waco standoff was an example of that.
The only more serious related charge on the books than seditious conspiracy is actual treason.
You are not exactly successfully arguing your own case.

So you are saying that those rioter’s goal was the destruction of the government? I haven’t seen anyone express those views. I have seen people riot over a perceived fraud, and wanted to reinstate a “non-fraudulent” govt. Which “in their mind” is the exact opposite of destroying the government.
