Tony is first class with the coach speak BS and a good man. But he did not have the Offense prepared to compete -- any preparation he put in this summer for the UGA game plan was either misspent or completely wrong.
Elliott loves Bock's passion, but Bock was the lowest rated Offensive lineman on the 2020 team. Are the offensive coaches playing the players with the most passion or the most ability?
Kudos to Tigers Defense and defensive coaches!

running the same route, a couple feet a part, to me points to coaching. One time the wrong route is run, I get it, that happens but not multiple times. That is coaching and a lack of preparedness.

Nice guy? Maybe. Good with the kids? Probably. Elite level offensive coach? Not even close.

...his coaching style is not going to win national championships for Clemson. Him being in denial that there is anything wrong is a huge indicator that there is something wrong. The losses to LSU and OSU in the playoffs showed up big time weaknesses in the offensive lines and they are still not being addressed.
"Elliott believes that the Tigers will respond after their week one loss and he isn't going to pay any attention to the haters on social media". For goodness sake...we are playing SC State!! What's it going to prove if we beat them 80-0? Nothing...that's what!! If he can't handle the criticism now...what's he going to do when the criticism is ten times worse down the road?

Yeah exactly. I don't care how we respond against SC State. We could not respond at all and still beat SC State. I want to see improvement the next time we play a meaningful game versus a top tier program. My expectation is that we will get smoked again unless the offense gets much better and more creative.

That dude makes 2 million a year!!??!!?? Think about that. 2 million!
Why would he take a head coaching job, just to fail or even risk failure when he knows that loyal Dabo isn’t going to punish or demote him. Look who’s behind him. Brandon streeter……… need I say more? That dude is pitiful. If I screw up at work, I get chewed out… how bout you?? Do you make even $500k???? We have been spoiled for the last 7ish years with RAW QB talent. DJ I think is just average to above average. He definitely played scared. He’s 250 and was blown down with a light breeze. He had no fight in him. He’s soft. Very nice fella and carried the blame, but he just ain’t got it. Kelly Bryant was tougher. As for Elliott, he’s a bully. Can beat the wimps but cannot win the big one. Those days left with Jeff Scott. We did not even attempt any mis direction, deep ball, even read option. Just drop back and throw in the flats. That was it. ALl NITE LONG. The O line played bad, but majorly of that loss fails on Elliot and DJU. Period
