what a joker
"Urban Meyer is the 2nd best coach behind Nick Saban, and the only coach that can compete with Nick Saban"
More obnoxious every year

Far be it from me to agree with Radar Finebum , but Urban Meyer has 3 National Championships and is consistently in the mix for another one . I don't know what your criteria is for the ranking of HC in CFB ,but that's a pretty strong argument to put the dude squarely second to the undisputed champion Saban .

I am a huge believer in Dabo Swinney and I as well as the rest of us have witnessed how great a coach he really is . I honestly think he is as good at that age and level of experience as some of the greats , but Saban has some separation currently due to the fact that he is so very dominant and he wins championships even when he doesn't win championships .

I don't doubt your love for Dabo

I know you are a believer and ok career wise I'll give Urban #2 (only for more experience, Dabo will surpass him). To say he is the only one that can compete with Saban is a bit of a slap in the face to Dabo, but that's Finebaum for you.
Urban: 16 seasons Dabo: 10 + 1 interim
Urban: 6 Conference titles (2 Utah, 2 UF, 2 OSU) Dabo: 4 Conference titles
Urban: 3 National Championships Dabo: 1 National Championship
Urban vs Saban: 2-2 Dabo vs Saban: 1-2
Urban Win Pct.: .851 Dabo Win Pct.: .771
Urban 1st 10 year win pct: .819 Dabo 1st 10 year (minus interim): .814
Go Tigers!

^^Exactly why I don't understand how Urban is considered a better coach than Dabo. Dabo has destroyed Urban head to head

I think with being a head coach you also have to take into account how the head coach presents himself and acts. Would you really want your child to spend the next 3 or 4 years around Urban with everything we know about him. I wonder how much we don’t know about Urban. Urban is clearly fake between becoming “ill” and leaving Florida to taking the job at OSU 11 months later. Now this little allegation is rearing it’s ugly head. Oh and I won’t even begin to list the players arrested while playing for Meyer. While the championships speak for themselves give me a coach with character and morals that’s willing to build a program from the ground up and not sell out over Meyer any day.

time in the suites with the coaches' wives on game days. Mrs. Meyer would often complain after a few drinks about how Urban liked the Florida coeds a little too much. Maybe he had an erection lasting more than four hours and that was his medical condition that forced him to leave.

Urban coached some bad guys, but I think he coached Tim Tebow, who still sets a pretty good example for young people.
Honestly, I know it will never happen, but I think Tebow would be an excellent addition to our staff in some capacity - if he ever wanted to do that type of thing and we had an opening. Just sayin'.

the 2nd best coach over the last ~12 years. Dabo may have passed him recently as the 2nd best coach right now though which makes the 2nd part kind of BS.
