Publicly admitting he only intends to take us to one Final Four, and then take a better job instead of taking us to multiple Final Fours. After all the support we have given him for 12 years, you would think he appreciated our loyalty and fan base much more....
"I'm not going to shy away from expectation. I want to go to A Final Four here."

would not be at Clemson. Of course he wants to go the final four, that way he could use us as the the spring board that we are. Whenever anyone has any success here they look for the first exit out.

That’s a gross overstatement. If you hire the right person and you give the job to support it should get you can find someone that would love to be here. Cliff Ellis certainly loved being here and he is in fact the most successful coach we ever had and that is not hard to defend.

The buyout does not change much over the first 2-3 years. It is structured as a cost per month remaining on the contract. The cost per month goes up as the number of months come down. If I remember correctly, the buyout after the 2022-2023 season is nearly identical to the buyout today.
