com. Been thinking about the Watson case. Unless there is some kind of recording (audio or visual) is not all this a he said, she said? If so, how can an accusation be considered evidence?

Counter-point: Ped/State and Sandusky

"Witness" testimony is still valid evidence. Have enough of it and it starts working better. You do not necessarily "need" a physical smoking gun so to say, but you can track what happens afterward via documents, actions, behavior, etc.

How do we know it wasn’t a guy who looked similar to Watson pretending to be a superstar QB to get some love? Watson is innocent and anyone who knows anything about his character knows that.

If I was going to pretend to be Watson, one of the first things I’d do is hack into his IG. Stuff like this happens all the time. It’s scary to see how someone’s career can get ruined by some computer nerd wanting to feel famous.

You forgot to add; "but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express"
Thing is it may be a case of "He said she said" but when you have 22 she's vs 1 he, well even if half those are only wanting their 15 minutes of fame,, you still have 11 to 1 and that equals 12;
Bingo, just the right number of jurors needed to decide the case.
