I support the 26th Amendment, but

May 26, 2022, 9:10 AM

the voting age should be raised to 25 with one exception. 18-24 year-olds can vote if they have been working a full-time time job for at least 1 uninterrupted year.

agreed.

I would keep the 1 year rule though. Because the Dems would flood the military right before an election with operatives that would "wash-out", right after the election.

Can't give the Dems an inch. The only thing they do well is "politics".

I am goikng to use the same tired BS I hear from Republicans

May 26, 2022, 9:19 AM

if a kid is old enough to serve in our Military, he is old e to Vote. And quite honestly, it makes more sense to restrict voting to people under 80, anyone over 80 is just screwing the next generation cause their values are irrelevant and they will be dead soon.

Because you don't like the way they vote. It doesn't align with your views.

Are you against cutting out senile senior citizens as well? If not, G T F O.

OK, but the same rule applies to guns. You must not have any run-ins with the law for 5 years and must wait until you are 25 to own any kind of firearm. ANy arrests, charges, convictions, and you got to wait another 5 years. And in order to have your gun rights restored after serving time, you must pay all of your court costs and wait in a big long line.
