Huge statement to future top tier QB targets!

Nov 26, 2022, 8:32 PM

Look at DJU and ask.....1) does Clemson develop a QB during their time in the program? 2) As a high school QB, can I earn he starting spot over a another player who happens to have been here longer. Our competition will be out telling recruits....you can go there but you will stand on the sidelines and watch, even if the veteran is stinking up the field and all but two people watching (Dabo and Streeter) see it.

Yea. EVERYBODY but Dabo and Streeter know what is going on. Gotta be the 2 dumbest guys in the game.

Christopher Vizzina is a top end QB who isn't defecting.

He will show out in Spring practice, and up starting for us before mid-season over DJU and Cade.

Do we develop QBs? No one is citing DJU as the next Russell Wilson, but his improvement from early 2021 through 2022 (looking at the entire body of work) is obvious.

That improvement by DJU is evidence of good QB coaching by our staff.

I hope you're right but I remember people saying the same thing when Cade was coming in

What? Consider the full body of work

He was OK in 2020, got worse in 2021 and still bad in 2022.

He is the slowest player to lose 20 lbs Ive ever seen. He’s the same size as Richardson at UF; just watch 1 quarter of the UF v FSU game to see how slow he is.

Maybe our staff has something they are looking for and coach towards it. But if one thing is evident, it is that what they are coaching towards is poor QB mechanics.

That’s because Streeter doesn’t ha for it, he ruined Lawrence sophomore year and DJs mechanics went to hell

Yes. DJ improved in 2021 to start the season as a grade D- and improved to a grade C by the end of the year. And this year he started as a grade C+ and had games that graded out at B+, but ended the year as a grade F. His play today and against Notre Dame were about as bad as a QB can play.

On the flipside
