Maybe the whole team including coaches need to walk back to Clemson.....I'm sure that would give them time time to think about all of the errors....Game 1 loss due to errors...Game 2 loss due to errors, and now a self destructing performance in Game 3....Think I'll see if my dog catches he ball better...

20+ years old and have reached college baseball at a high level somewhere along the line someone should have taught you how to field ground balls properly. I have always told my players that I didn't care if they missed them but they better miss them the way I showed them how to do it!

It's upsetting how poorly we're playing. But I think Coach Lee will fix the errors. No reason to think we don't have a decent team

frustration is understandable. Still, it's way too early to turn negative on this team. Unlike basketball, there are some things to be incredibly excited about with this baseball team.

So I shouldn't be excited about the new guys who are good players that will play next year? Should I be downcast that the new arena will be available and the team will have a home court? I am looking for guys like Devoe and Grantham etc to improve over the summer so perhaps I will be disappointed.
Sorry I choose not to hate Clemson basketball and coach Brownell and the tiger players
Incidentally, the basketball players appear to be more fundamentally sound than several of the baseball players I have seen thus far

close. I have been a Brownell fan all along, but the truth is, he hasn't given me a single thing to be excited about. If he turns it around next season, fantastic! Unfortunately, he hasn't done it in the last 5, we're losing by far our best player, and there is no reason whatsoever to expect Brownell will make the dance in year SEVEN. This isn't about me being a bad fan, it's about disappointing, mediocre results under Brownell.

Seriously, season 1 for monte lee inst even halfway over. Our best player is a freshman and we got beat by a top 5 team because of Clemson. They didn't just line up and crush us. Hope we don't lose a regular season football game otherwise people will be talking about they can't wait til Dabo leaves for Bama and maybe next year. Good grief, I mean if you are gonna complain be reasonable. Should basketball fans complain sure but lee will have this team rolling in a year or two.

we're born into the coot lifestyle but for whatever reason they ended up wearing orange. I guess USuCk couldn't take all the dumbasrses in the state. Atleast it's relatively easy to spot these people in public so avoiding them isn't usually an issue.

This is coach Lee's first year, and I wasn't expecting a miracle right away.
This is the way baseball is; all teams, even good ones, have an off game or off series now and then. It happens more often and means less than it does in football or basketball.
Miami, is, after all, one of the premier baseball teams/programs in the country. It's not like we're getting worn out by schlubs. In fact, we took them to the wire and beyond for two games.
If this were Monte's 6th year, or 20th year, the situation would be much different and I'd be a little more concerned; but it's not and I'm not. You shouldn't be either. Frustrating to see us make errors and dumb mistakes, I agree, but it's way, WAY too early to get negative with this team.

We have a ranked team, and ranked teams are pretty good teams. It has never been said that we should be ranked #4, nor has it been said or believed that we out talented #4 ranked Miami. And if any of our fan base has chosen to believe or think on their own that we are better than what we actually are, that's their on fault, that has nothing to do with us being a top 25 team. Now if we were a top 10 team and got swept by Miami at home, we may have something to B!tch about. But being we are a 17/18 rank team, any fan being negative about the team is on them. And anyone wanting and asking for more than our first year HC has done so far, is asking for to much to quick unless, we were promised that coach Lee could and would work miracles in his first year of coaching our team!!!! Personally, I think that he has done a good job in a short amount of time.
