How does the Peach Bowl* make it's picks now?

They are part of the playoff rotation so every 3 years (I believe) they will host a playoff game. Outside of the playoffs they pick two at large teams with no conference affiliation.

I don't think there's a chance. I'm not sure if they kept the top #14 rule or not for these bowls the way the BCS used to work. Looks like Cotton bowl has first pick, then Peach, then Fiesta.
