How does one sell one's tickets or parking pass before they

Are actually in hand? I noticed that some of the ads are marked "sale pending" and some are marked "sold". Does that mean they already took the money with promise of tickets whenever they arrive?

Even though they don't have the tickets, they know where they are, so yes the buyers either pay in full ahead of time (PayPal) or at least place a deposit. Otherwise the seller risks the buyers backing out at the last minute (happens more often than you think). Tickets should be here in about 10 days.

I noticed when I bought my acc championship tickets that I could actually turn around and sell them but I do not have the tickets in hand at this time.
