Hopefully Ticketmaster will be a lot better than Paciolan.

I was told several months ago that the CU ticket office is moving to TicketMaster in July. Surely, they will have a more efficient way of handling the current dreadful e-ticket process from Paciolan. We can hope so anyway.
We also better hope that the CU ticket office employees get well trained on the new system to help those of us who may be technology challenged.
