Honest 2014 Schedule Predictions

2014 CLEMSON FOOTBALL SCHEDULE Date - Opponent Aug. 30 - at Georgia W Sept. 6 - SOUTH CAROLINA STATE W Sept. 20 - at Florida State W Sept. 27 - NORTH CAROLINA W Oct. 4 - NC STATE W Oct. 11 - LOUISVILLE W Oct. 18 - at Boston College W Oct. 25 - SYRACUSE W Nov. 6 - #at Wake Forest W Nov. 15 - at Georgia Tech W Nov. 22 - GEORGIA STATE W Nov. 29 - SOUTH CAROLINA W
Now I realize some of you negative nellie boo birds and Coots will behemently disagree with me here, especially on FSU. But just here me out.
UGA - Breaking in a new DC, and we will hurt Gurley again by the half. Everyone was predicting they would beat us last year, and we all know how that turned out.
FSU - CDS has this game curcled, and you can bet our boys will be ready for revenge. Will be the upset of the year and will put us in the drivers seat with basically only a chicken to run over left.
UNC - will be much improved, but don't have the defense to beat us.
NCSU - Pahleeze.
Louisville - lost there HC, that will hurt.
BC - Easy W, haven't worried about them since Matt Ryan.
Syracuse - Poor Snooki, we're gonna smush smush them.
Wake - CDS does not lose to Wake.
GT - Broken pocket protectors, ink everywhere.
SCAR - little bro resumes their rightful place as our warm up for the post season.

FSU in Tally is going to be the toughest. We have to play mistake free. I think we beat UGA and South Carolina is a toss up. Maybe some of the new blood can get over the mental hurdle.

Picking Cu in Athens is not being honest. Cu hasn't fared well in ranked opponents stadiums over the last 5 years. The tigers last win @ Ga came in 1986.
Also picking Cu to win in Talley where the tigers are 3-11...well obviously you didn't make that prediction while looking in the mirror.
You've also lost 4 in row to the Jackets in Atlanta....
Then there's the Gc's streak......that includes a victory with Dylan Thompson under center in DV......honestly?

But every year the Dawgs are suppose to be good but mostly suck. So playing in Athens is not that scary

Venue. Will have to play well in both but will need breaks in tally. Fsu. Is on a different level and you could see it with the way they responded after being down by 14 at home in 2012. A lead like that in Athens and mason will not be a hero. As far as dawgs suck, they are one of the few sec programs I actually respect, along w tenn and ark. The list stops after that . Also respect the opinion that dawgs suck, used to feel, the same way but would much rather see them beat out the likes of bama, auburn and lsu . As for the coots,we all know they are living on "borrowed time" just sucks that it has gone on as long as it has.

I have many UGA friends - and everyone of them has been crying for years for MarkR to get the can - cause he can't beat a solid team. This year no different.

I hope we win every game on schedule. Realistically, If I had to bet the mortgage payment on even points, I would not bet on FSU or the lame #####. Not saying we will lose, just saying I am not very confident we will win either.

11-1. We always play better when we aren't getting hyped and brother believe me, the closer we get to opening at an SEC school, the less you will hear about us. I think we lose to FSU, but not like last year. We beat the chickens based on the fact that the last time we beat them was when we had a very good defense that forced them to make mistakes instead of us making them all.

10-2..we will lose to one of the following

UGA-the venue itself presents a problem. breaking in a new QB. I give UGA the benefit being the home team
FSU-we have to play mistake free. no turnovers.
UNC/Louisville- both of these games could be problems. I have said all year that the UNC game could be the dreaded "trap game" for this year. Petrino is the wild card. He has had success at this school in the past. They will be better than what most predict.
I honestly think we beat Coots. The Coots might have the best OL in the Nation, but I don't see how their defense is that good. Too many question marks on that unit and to be honest that unit wasn't that good last year. We moved ball at will on them last year. We lost because of a stupid trick play and QB mistakes.
