extry coaching? I am sure he will be brought up to speed very quickly. He may have to identify coverages and be in the right one before Mom will give him his supper.
(Before I get slammed, I know he will be in with the other athletes during mealtime as a scholarship player, it's a joke. Or is it.......)

Being a coach's son, and especially when the coach is BV, I think that Tyler will really have to prove himself to dad before he sees the field in a tight game, bc I don't believe that BV would ever show favoritism just bc Tyler is his son, he will probably have to earn it more bc he is the son of Brent Venables!!!
I think that maybe BV is already a Clemson lifer as long as Dabo is the HC at Clemson, and probably even after. BV could one day end up being the HC if Dabo retired or moved up to a more in control part of Clemson sports in general.
I know that some would say why take a pay cut to be the AD at Clemson. Well when you already all the money than you will ever need, a job like being the AD where you can help all the Clemson programs to be better is more important than the money that you really don't have to have to improve all of what you love more than the money... I do see Dabo as an unselfish Clemson man that making all of Clemson sport better would be more important to him than a lot more money that would get dusty!!! The only real extravagant thing that I see that Dabo has, and needed with his job, and that is the house that he lives in. And I could easily see a man with the money that he has, wanting to give a house like to the wife and mother of his children that has stuck it out with him never wavering while he followed his dream of one day being a successful HC. And from their life story, there has been a lot of hard times, and Kathleen has held up solid by his side!!! And most of us that is Dabo's age or older, we know that it's hard to find a great wife that isn't a meme type woman....
Perhaps someone with some extra money lying around can find a grant, scholarship, or whatever it's called for the DC coach. I've haven't heard anything about them lately, but 15/20 years ago several positions were supplemented this way. The going rate was $250,000. I'm sure that has gone up if Clemson is still doing this.

I honestly don't believe that taking this kid away from A&M was that hard of a job. All a parents had to do was read about how troubled the FSU program was with Jimbo in command there. Also with the way Jimbo left that program is more than enough evidence for a good parent to say, oh h e ll no, there is no way I would allow my kid to play for a HC that can't or won't take control of his program and run it in a respectful manner no better than Jimbo Fisher had done while at FSU. And they also may wake up one morning and hear that Jimbo has left A&M for another program, and left A&M in the same condition as he did when he pulled up and left FSU with it being a train wreck that he, Jimbo Fisher himself allowed to happen!!! So saying that it was "Unbelievable" that our coaching staff got RJ out of texass was a slight overstatement. With Jimbo being the HC at A&M, and the state of a 7-5 Texass programs I believe made getting RJ to a 28-0 Clemson program rather easy!!!
The NCAA does not care about that unless cash changes hands. Dabo confessed to getting Will to commit to Clemson by sleeping with Will's mama. Must still be sleeping with her, her other son Drew is now at Clemson too!
