a recurrence of the foot (?) problems that caused him to miss time last year, or is it something completely different?

Sadly, he is probably hurting his NFL draft chances with these things keeping him off the field.

But he is listed back on the depth chart for this weekend.

He's had a pretty similar trajectory as Big Dex. Breakout Freshman season, sophomore slump with injury issues, weight/foot issues, and so on. Dex had a crappy season in 2017 because of his foot and his inability to stop eating ice cream at the football ops center.

IDK, when I watch him play, he always eats up 2 blockers and often still finds a way to make a play. I think (although I do not know) that our coaches and NFL scouts think of him as a baby faced killer.
