Clemson rushed to dispose of Jack Leggett in order to beat USuC to the punch in grabbing the hot coach of the moment in Monte Lee. Time is telling us, maybe the better decision would have been to let USuC have him. Looks like we have a Brad 2.0!

It doesn't make sense to compare Brad and Monte.

Monte won an ACC championship and had three 40-win seasons. He has made the "tournament" every applicable year (4 of 6).
Brad hasn't made the tournament much and has never sniffed the ACC championship. He has two tournament wins in 12 years.
Monte needs to better for sure. This year.. But there is no comparison between him and Brad.

How has he made it every “applicable” year? 2020 was cancelled due to covid so okay. But, we we played a full season with a losing record in 2021. The tournament was held and we didn’t make it.

Let me know when Monte is our all-time winningest baseball coach and achieves well above the historical standard set by the baseball program.
Monte typically underachieves, while Brad typically overachieves.

He’s a troll but I’ve never really figured out the motive. I wish the board had a better search feature. Purnell was never on the hot seat but when he was the coach JK posted about how great he was and how crappy our fanbase is. Now he posts how great Brownell is and how crappy Purnell and our fanbase are. Doesn’t really even try to be serious just realizes most people never fact check him.

The ONLY reason Brad has the most wins is because he's coached 12 years. He is also the losingest coach, is he not? The thing you're missing is winning percentage. Brad is 0.568 at Clemson. Brad has been to the tournament 3x in 12 years, with a grand total of TWO wins.
Monte won an ACC Championship and made the "tournament" every applicable year but one (thanks viztiz). He has a 0.637 winning percentage.
Monte may very well end up being Brad 2.0, but it's too early to say that. In any case, pretending Brad has actually done better than Monte is ludicrous troll job.
