106 Years ago, the Tigers had another first year Head Coach.

His name was Wayne Hart, and he led the 1916 Tigers on their first Nine game campaign. Results were not great, with a 3-6 overall mark. But, the annual victory over the Coots on Big Thursday in Cootlumbia was accomplished to the tune of 27-0, so all was not lost.
An oddity that would NEVER be repeated today. We actually faced The Citadel at a kind of "Halfway" neutral site, at, of all places, the Orangeburg County Fairgrounds! The MiniDawgs had a bite, taking down the Tigers 3-0. All results below.

At The Citadel L 0–3 (At Orangeburg County Fairgrounds!)
