In my best Sloth voice (from The Goonies), I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. It's been a weird few years around here, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And keep us in your prayers today - my 3-year old Eli fell in the driveway yesterday and broke his tibia in two places.
He is doing a little better today and we have a trip to Shriner's scheduled to see what our next step will be.
In the meantime, enjoy your days and the football this weekend!!

Thx David and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. So sorry to hear about your Son. Seeing them hurt is always tough. My Son had his share of emergency room visits growing up as well. It is always stressful for sure. He’s a junior at CU now. Enjoy every minute, even the tough times and sleepless nights. Y’all will definitely be in our prayers.

fell too last week and broke her leg while simply stepping up & onto a concrete sidewalk curve..so it happens to the best.
You’ll be fine very soon since I broke my hip at Clemson in Jan 1966 and after a Shriners bone doctor fixed me up, I’m been perfect for 55 years.

Same to you and yours David. Please tell your boy that I remember those times as a little boy that I had a broken bone or two growing up, and it will get better, and it will make him tougher!!!

rolled my tricycle and broke me tibia...spent four months in a cast, and you should have seen me scoot around on my little 2 foot long crutches! Don't worry David...three year bones heal fast and well!
