Clemson starting quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei spoke to the media following the 30-20 win over Florida State on Saturday. For the game, Uiagalelei completed 19-for-31 passes for 189 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Read Update »

The interviewers asked some really lame questions, difficult for anyone to answer. Of course, sucking an a straw during an interview isn't exactly the best way to conduct yourself during an interview. Leadbelly Wray sure wouldn't have allowed it when I was at Clemson!

the coaches only gave him that 1 read on the playcall so he says he still should have thrown it to the same covered player no matter what but thrown a better pass.

The offense has been putrid all year long and we definitely understand the coaches not trusting him to go through his reads and protect the ball but I also find it extremely concerning that we’re in the latter part of the season and our qb can’t be trusted to read the defense and go to a different wr. No wonder a lot of our wrs haven’t bothered to finish running their routes in multiple games this year.
