pretty good job of, running traditional retailers out of business? What happens when they wreck retail so much that far fewer people have jobs and then can't buy stuff from Amazon? Eventually even the millionaires at JC Penny and Sears are going to be out of work.

of the top 10 things that will be gone in just 10 years. From memory, here's what I recall:
Shopping Malls (reason: Online shopping) Golf (reason: Milienials don't like social gatherings, opting for online social. Too expensive. Fear of "losing") Casual Restaurants (reason: again social gatherings, opt to UberEats or alike) Cereal: (reason: something about too much work.....)
others I don't recall... there are a ton of those lists online if you're curious of opinion.
Crazy that most are likely true.

Will open up a lot of land that's currently being wasted. As long as the Tom Winkopp's of the world don't get their hands on it first.

And every time I go to a causal restaurant, there are others there, so there are ate least some other lazy people like me.

Malls cater a lot to people with an immediate need or who enjoy going out shopping. They may decline in numbers and not be as frequented as they are now, but they're not going anywhere.
I don't know what millennials aren't playing golf, but I play as much as possible.
What is a casual restaurant? Fast food? Applebees? Also not going away because of convenience.
Cereal, not at the rate my wife buys it.

Niche retail and retailers who concertedly make an effort to use social media, create a fun atmosphere and focus on customer acquisition will still be around. There is still a huge inherent need for community and social interaction. Those two things cannot be denied.
The old school retailers who sit and wait on customers to come through the door and do not utilize social media and the community at large will die.
