I haven't figured out a way to do that without being threatened by them up front. They warn you before you contact them that your reputation with them could be put in jeopardy if you contact them with what they rule as a false claim.

and wanting to get it taken down. I can only speculate as to how much work and time you put into making your now mostly deleted channel.
I think what ESPN and the ACC did to you was asinine, and robbed us of a great resource. I also think you maintained your channel more as a service to fans than to make money or get some sort of credit or fame. If I'm right, you think you could let it slide? I was really disappointed when we lost your channel. In the offseason especially I loved the option to pick a random game I didn't remember or wanted to experience again and putting it on the TV. My request is purely selfish and I'll completely understand if you tell me to #### off.

we now have an access to thiae games again. Perhaps you were glad you found the sote and were sharing it with us, but the rest of the posters seem to imply you're mad about it.

The service you provided for Tiger Nation went above and beyond. Secondly, once you put it on YT, it's out there for people to do with it as they will,whether ethical or not. Lastly, being it gives us access to the games once again,unless you're going to star a another channel to get around the warnings,PLEASE leave it alone.PLEASE.
I used to always watch this week's opponent's last years game mid week.I haven't been able to do this.

I can't tell you how much and would gladly buy ya a beer if we ever crossed paths.
But, to be honest, the videos posted (while you put time and effort into editing them) were never content that was yours to control. That's why (foolishly in my opinion) the original copyright holders of the broadcasts petitioned youtube to have them taken down. Now I see that as a dumb choice on their part, but legally it is a right they hold.
And, its a crappy thing for someone to take credit for the work you've done in editing and uploading the videos, for sure. But if you request for them to be taken down I imagine :
1) you don't have the standing to do so as you don't own the copyright
but
2) they will be taken down because they are still copyrighted material owned by the rights holders who have previously requested them taken down.
Again, I appreciate the work you've done, and I greatly miss your channel, but if you bring these videos to the attention of youtube all that will happen is that they will also be removed. I don't see that as benefiting anyone.
But either way, thanks for all the hard work.

It doesn't seem to me that TigerRay is too upset that they have been put up again, unless I'm missing something. He posted them here - must not be too opposed to their existence.
Are you bothered by this/want them taken down, TigerRay?

My Dad works Oktoberfest in Helen, GA & misses most of the games live. This is the only way he can go back & watch games. (No DVR) TigerRay - your hard work has been greatly appreciated the last couple of years.
