I'll give him a pass for that. But if nothing is done after...there are going to be major problems.

That was kind of my feeling as well. I mean what else can he really say without creating a stir with the team with only 2 games remaining? We know he is stubborn but he is not stupid. He will let the rest of the season play out and then do some real soul-searching about what he needs to do to get things back on track.

Coaching changes have to be at the top of the list, followed by better evaluation/recruiting processes, player development, and game planning/playbook refresh.

If we come back in the spring having made little or no changes, then we know this really is all about pride and ego where he is determined to prove himself right and everyone else wrong. I hope that won't be the case.

Yes our WR drop every pass, our DBs don’t actually cover, and our defense needs to shut out every opponent

Our QB play has been good though it’s every position on the field letting us down besides QB

He made that one good pass. The other team caught it, and it went over the TE's head by 3 yards, but it looked good in the air.
