Great for them. Didn’t work out for him at Arky, but we all know the man can run an offense with the best of him. Good luck to The Chad.

I dont think he can run an offense with the best of them. When he was here, we won games where we had superior talent and lost games where we had inferior talent. We list a lot of games we should have won. The offense showed up not ready to play on many occasions. But, he was good at lighting the score board up against inferior opponents.

Chad was good for CU at the time, that time is long gone. He has limits to be a long term success in my opinion. He does not adjust his offense to fit personel and tries to pound a round peg in to a square hole. He is semi genius until the other team stops him , most coaches would make an adjustment to play calling. Not Chad, run the same dang thing over and over getting stoned over and over.

What an amazing hire by Dabo almost out the gate. Plucking this guy from Tulsa after his first year at college level coaching and basically going all in on a successful high school offensive mind. Speaks volumes of Dabos decision making and program leadership abilities. What a great HC we have. Even better is his loyalty to CU. Such a genuine dude.

IMO, he's always been more of an effectual OC than an HC. Watch out for Auburn.... And

Mall Zone always wants to be his own OC. Since Chad is a

disciple, he will probably mirror what Gus would have called anyway. A win-win for Mall Zone and Morris.
