This is going to sound greedy, but I will be disappointed if GT scores 10. I think Wes is going to be trying to prove he is the guy and I think he is. GT got dismantled in the transfer portal and idk how good there offense will actually be, but in week 1 with no time to gel together we should dominate.

If we get up big, we will get some backups playing time. This is where I could see 10 points.
Also, 10 is not hard. That could be a secondary bust or a turnover deep in our own territory. Then otherwise the D plays lights out.

I am going to go with 24-6 which will lead us to being concerned about the passing side of the offense.
I think we surprise some people with a solid run game. Which takes more time to score. Thus, a lower score.

have been conservative affairs for the most part. We will methodically work through the basics on offense, largely controlling the ball without a lot of flash, and slowly build a lead. Cade will come in for series 4 or 5 regardless of DJ's success prior, with another opportunity in the 2nd half, but I don't expect to see him much here.
I see a two-touchdown lead in the 4th with a late score off of a turnover giving us a 31-10 opening week win.
There will be angst about our offense following the game regardless, but hopefully it is tied more to the conservative playcalling versus individual performances.
