Is anyone worried we are peaking too early? Will we go cold? I am hoping we burn 🔥 hot through the World Series and get that championship, but am worried if we can sustain this level

I do think we need to lose one in this series and get it out of our system, but I am cool with whatever this team does.

We never need to lose a game we have had 17 of those to learn from in my opinion. Keep winning and don’t stop.
The higher our seed the the better chance an easier route of going to a Super regional or maybe even the World Series.
I hope we go far but I don’t feel like our pitching is where we need to be to hang with the top teams unless we continue to improve.
Hopefully this team puts it all together but I’m super proud of this group. At one point I didn’t think we would make the post season.
We hired the right coach and he is excited about our talent an is working hard to help them improve.

Don't even worry about it. Enjoy the ride. When we were losing I was not worried about bottoming out too soon.. I was just hoping we would win another game. Now we have a chance to be a national seed and host all the way to the WS. Enjoy it my friend.

… we are absolutely peaking at the right time.
We have gone 20-4 since the Wake series.
We have won ten in a row.
All of this has been necessary to get us in the position to host our Regional and perhaps a Super Regional.
If we hadn’t begun to p,at our best ball when we did, we would not be enjoying the potential for a National Seed.
We are definitely peaking when we need to.

Offensively yes. We are starting to see te pitching struggle some again but the coach’s are managing the heck out of them so we are winning

Well coached teams gain confidence in victory while poorly coached teams can get overconfident with victory. This is a well coached team and every victory is a good victory. I don’t understand the concept of a loss being a “good” loss, and the idea of “needing” a loss is absurd. I hope this train runs all the way to Omaha but if it doesn’t I think we have seen the future of Clemson baseball and many trips to Omaha are in it.

Very very good teams lose baseball games. Undefeated baseball teams are never found!
To win tournament games a team just has to get a few breaks and play well for nine innings. The Tigers CAN do that.
Unfortunately their opponents can to. Good pitching wins baseball games every time!
