Which proves how tough they are. they get 9 feet of snow but their fans never complain about watching the games in the cold, or rain, or hurricane.

Dude, everyone knows Syracuse is in Florida. Come on, they've got a giant orange as a mascot. Dead giveaway. I think his name is Obie, or something like that.

I’ll bite, not as a cuse fan, but rather because I’m surrounded by them up here. I know their ends have 4 sacks a piece, #94 and I believe #55. Their freshman safety, Cisco, also leads the nation in picks (4) and they’re apparently averaging 5.3 yards-per-carry with their running backs which has been a bragging point in some of these conversations I’ve overheard this week.
And while Dungey is inarguably a huge part of their offense and dangerous with his feet, their backup in Tommy DeVito is a 4-star recruit with an arm that most don’t know about. He was in the Elite 11 with Tua, Hunter Johnson, Jake Fromm and company and presents a totally different style of play compared to Dungey. I think our defense will shut down the run quickly in the first half and Babers might be pressed to put in DeVito to stretch the field. That’s all I’ve got.
Clemson wins by 27.

This is a very good synopsis. I think it could be a tad closer than 27 points but not a bad right up.

Great game plan last year and certainly deserved the win.

Seems like i remember last year your team burnt us with passes including alot of screens. Are y’all saying more run heavy this year? Or more balanced.

Its balanced, just a lot faster in Dino's third year. Our backs do not see holes very well, and neither really have any breakaway speed. We've thrown TONS of quick screens in the flat through 4 games. I could see you guys jumping one and taking it to the house.

They play disciplined. We shall see. Our dline is nasty but they were last year too and y’all figured out how to take them out of the game. I like babers. Probably my second favorite coach in the league. Seems like you got s good one there. I do think our offens is just starting to open up a little so hoping we get it going. Will be a fun game to watch. Lots of orange!

'Cuse is a decent team via the stats (if you ignore until you look at the schedule). It is kinda tough to pin down 'Cuse as either being as good as their stats suggest or more of a product of bad competition. Did FSU make the 'Cuse and/or Sanford look good? Likely when FSU realized they would have more 3-outs than points. The first half of the Cuse/FSU game looked like it was a contest to see which offense could get off the field first. Western Michigan might be the best team they played and WMU almost came back from 25+ down or something and posted over 600 yards.
Cuse have put up points but mostly against the #129 Total Defense (UCONN), #90 Point Allowed (WMU) the mediocre (FSU), and Wagner (a 4-ish win FCS that got blown out at their own homecoming). DeVito is interesting (and the only QB to have a rating over 35 in the FSU game).
