Yawn. I will give her cred for sticking to her story though.
Is there physical evidence Trump "sent a mob he knew was armed to attack and invade" the Capital. That's a very discrete sort of thing. Where are the planning documents, where is the text that says "I want those people marching on the capital and going inside to stop the vote?" Where is it? I won't accept the argument that someone said they saw a planning document or whatever.
You can get 10, 100, 1000 people to say they all believe Trump wanted this or that, but it doesn't matter.
And the fact that Trump took 187 minutes to say something - what law is that breaking? Dereliction of duty is not a crime for a civilian president. Federal criminal law does not contain a dereliction of duty statute.
I'd be interested to know if any of these would be agreed to by J6 committee:
- Adam Schiff is derelict in lying about Russian Collusion
- POTUS is derelict in saying CBP agents were whipping/lashing immigrants
- POTUS saying the vaccine would prevent COVID
- POTUS was derelict in disregarding his SECDEF's and general's advice in Afghanistan pullout
The POTUS is required to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." Is there a law about securing our border or protecting border states? If so, then Biden is GUILTY of not doing his duty.
What does the Constitution say?
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
