I'm not doubting your subject line but what has Leftwich done to deserve a head coaching gig? Have Tom Brady as a QB and have him win a superbowl? I guess lack of choices is also a problem.

"program" has got to be TURRUBUL if a prospective minority FIRST TIME Head Coach is willing to walk away from a potential job offer because of it. I don't think I could even have envisioned such a thing a couple of years ago.
