Yes, LU is a good club. I saw them play in Chapel Hill last year and they have a lot of talent.

They are a very good club. My only complaints from game one was too many walks and lack of situational hitting.

I’m good with the walks as I’ll chalk that up to less experienced pitchers on opening day.

Highly worried about situational hitting. Consistently bad under Monte. How many 1st and 2nd no outs and we put the ball on the ground. You saw the Liberty hitters choke up on 0-2 counts to put ball in play, we don’t. Hope this improves but it’s getting repetitive. Overall good quality win day 1 against a good team.

As many walks as we had with the amount of hits, 10, we should have put more than 5 on the board. Guy on 3rd with 1 out has got to score most of the time. We look at strike 3, ground into a dp. I mean, you can't judge on this game but it's overall philosophy.

Guess what Monte says it's the metrics. But tonight with hack there. Either wait for a fly ball pitch or send the guy from first to second and squeeze a bunt down first. Make the other team make a play.
