Wake Forest Tickets Advice?

Sep 26, 2018, 8:58 PM

I have not been to a game there in years. For those who have been there in recent years: Would I be better off to buy a ticket online on the secondary market or in person outside of the stadium? I see them for as $49 online.

Any advice is much appreciated!

You won't find cheaper at the gate. The scalpers see our game as their chance to make bank. 2 years ago I got lucky to find 2 at face value right at kick off. Everyone else was asking $100 per.

Go through Wake Forest

Athletic site. They have plenty available. Sections 12, 13, 14 or 15 will be full of Clemson fans. I've always thought that Wake had one of the best stadiums in the country for watching a college football game. 30,000 seats, 15,000 on each side. The sideline seats go from goal line to goal line. And, every seat has a back.

Thank you for the advice. I went through Wake Forest for $60 a pop. Not bad!

I live in Winston- they call us for all Clemson events to sell us tickets!

I would not pay a premium price under any circumstances. I’ve probably gone up there 10 or more times over the years and the game has never been a sell out. Noticed on TV lots of empty seats when ND was there last week.
I would recommend calling our ticket office first to check and see if they have tickets left.
Also try the Wake Forest ticket office and ask for visitors side. There’s usually lots of seats available between the Clemson section and the WF students.

I called out ticket office several weeks ago and they told me I had to be a current iptay member to buy tickets so I bought directly from WF. The ticket agencies have rip off level of fees
