Getting ticked at ACC ticket sales

I bought my tickets directly from them months ago. At that time I was told they would ship in Ocotber. Now it is mid-nov and I still do not have them. I am going home for the Thanksgiving holiday for a week and then will be out of town for work until after the game. AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TICKETS!! Things that make me cranky on a fine Tuesday morning.

Can you not print them? I know I had to do that because in the email I got said they would not be released until the Nov. 30th, that is when I would be able to print them out or see them to use my phone.

No. Mine were part of a family 4 pack....they ship the tickets, gift cards, and hat vouchers. And my first email only says they will ship in October.
When I followed up last week, they told me through email they would be shipping through this week. I will be gone on Friday and had no plans to drive all the way back here until after the game.

I bought them at the same time. They told me they started to mail them at the beginning of last week and are continuing to mail them.. don't worry, they are coming.

I also ordered mine through the 4-Pack deal months ago. However, I received my tickets months ago but I never received the vouchers or the gift cards.

Same issue. Same response. Bought tickets in August. Told would be mailed in October. Emailed. Called. Told wait til this Friday and if no mail the call again.
Not happy....

Guy on the phone just now said that the rest of the family 4 packs would be shipped today. I sure hope he is right....otherwise I have a lot of driving in my future to pick up tickets from my home.

I bought mine in June(now that's confidence in my Tigers!) and was just told they are being mailed out this week. I got tickets two years ago for the ACCCG witn Tarheels and seems you had to pick up the ACC ball caps at the BOA Stadium. Hats were pretty cheesy - had "ACC" on them but nothing on it being ACCCG or either team's name. Like I said, pretty cheesy.

Got 6 tickets on the 40yd line for $54 per ticket. They mailed mine and I got them like two weeks after I ordered them.
