Georgia fielding 18 5-stars

I read an article on 247 that stated Georgia will be fielding 16-18 former 5-star players. Is that the most talent, at least on paper, Clemson has ever faced?

I'm always amazed at UGA's ability to attract so many 5-stars since it was 1980 when they won their last national championship.

They did 'stumble' into the 2017 playoff and lost to Alabama (per usual) in the finals during the coronation of Tua.
