Hearing he has looked like the best tight end we've had since Dwayne Allen. Tons of upside and really good fundamentals. What an awesome steal from FSU!

I believe he is the highest rated TE we have recruited in the past several years.

I may be wrong. But he was top 5 in the country at his position. Seems like he is really putting in the work and living up to his ranking. We have lacked a great TE for a few years, so hopefully Williams changes this.

The coaches say he is the best blocking tight end on the team and it's not even close. Plus he's also pretty good at catching and running his routes.

So should Garrett and Cannon have a block-off to settle this ?
Not sure I like the idea of teammates blocking one another , but Will Muschamp employed the strategy ...even broke it out on gameday from time to time .

We have recruited higher ones.

We were second with Jeb Blazevich a year ago that went to Georgia.

I believe he was the number 1 rated tight end.

I hope he stays great from the beginning. Even Dwayne Allen will tell you that he screwed around his first two years. Jordan Leggett says he is getting serious this year because this could be a money year for him. I was disappointed in hearing that as his reason to work hard in training camp this year.
