Kind of Germans but the original thread had no source.

P&C article is behind a paywall but here's some of it;

"South Carolina is heading into its first preseason scrimmage with a dark cloud hovering over the season.

Projected starting quarterback Luke Doty injured his foot during practice on Aug. 13 after being inadvertently stepped on, according to sources close to the team. Doty sustained a mid-foot fracture and minor ligament damage."

They have a transfer QB that will keep them cycling ??????? on Down the road... hopefully ???? they’ll be at full strength by the time the Tigers come to town to welcome the new coach in town....lol

Or perhaps he fractured it kicking a locker after the scrimmage….. Rumor has it he was upset and mumbling something about “The defense wasn’t really that much better than the offense today……or maybe even better at all.”
